To create a unique interactive experience for attendees of Project Global Tradeshow through brand sponsorship
RRE formulated three interactive ideas for attendees to enjoy and take a break from the tradeshow. Each application was executed by RRE over the course of six tradeshows.
Screen Printing: RRE brought teams of six or more people to execute screen printing on T-shirts tastefully branded by the title sponsor. The attendees chose their design and colorway, and our screen printers created a one-of-akind T-shirt that they took home with them for free. RRE produced the screens, utilized our artist teams as printers and managed booth design and production.
Photo Booths: RRE hired respectable photographer and set designer Adam Wallacavage to create an interesting backdrop for attendees to pose in front of. Swindle magazine branded photo folders so the attendees could take the photo home.
Live Painting: RRE brought Herbert Baglione from Brazil to do live painting during the tradeshow. Onlookers were able to watch the artist at work, creating an interactive environment between the attendees and the artist.
Thousands of people received custom T-shirts over the course of each three-day show; hundreds of people per day had their photos taken; and thousands of people walked through the tradeshow over the course of three days. The sponsors were very satisfied with the success of the project, and each of the three ideas left a lasting impression on the tradeshow attendees—we still see people wearing personalized shirts to this day.
